The magical and traditional story of 'rags to riches'. Every little girl's favourite fairy tale of how a poor, overworked and mis-treated young girl meets and wins her handsome prince! More info

1990: Sinbad

Sinbad

Adventures on the high seas! Sinbad relates his many incredible stories, while battling a less than friendly genie and securing the hand of a fair maiden.More info

1991: Sleeping Beauty

Sleeping Beauty

The classic fairytale retold by the growing and enthusiastic group of amateur players. The unpleasant fairy, Carrabosse is left off the invitation list to the Christening of the royal princess, Aurora. Her anger at this slight turns into an evil plan for revenge to be visited on the princess on her sixteenth birthday!More info

1992: Red Riding Hood

Red Riding Hood

In this new re-telling of the well known children's story, Wulfgar resides in the woods with his acolytes until one day he sets his sights on the young grandaughter of the old lady who lives in the woods. Can the brave but comical villagers save the young heroine from Wulgar's clutches?More info

1993: The Three Musketeers

The Three Musketeers

All for one and one for all! A lively and unusual story for a pantomime, given the 'Lilleshall' special treatment as the audience followed the progress of our brave young hero, D'Artagnan as he and the brave Musketeers tried to thwart the plans of the evil Lady de Winter, with the help of D'Artagnan's wise cracking talking horse.More info

1994: Babes In The Wood

Babes In The Wood

Also titled 'Carrabosse's Revenge!' A story like you have never seen before! The group presented a lively romp of a story, slapstick and mayhem, mistaken identity and much laughter by all involved as the now grown up Sleeping Beauty and her prince tried to hide their young children away from the evil Carabosse, who was set on exacting revenge for her plans having being ruined when Sleeping Beauty was sixteen!More info

1995: Dick Whittington

Dick Whittington

Dick Whittington leaves his home to seek his fortune in London Town... where they say the streets are paved with Gold. A large cast of 50 this year turning Lilleshall Pantomime into a Dickensian Musical!More info

1996: Pinnochio

Pinnochio

Poor Geppetto always wanted a boy of his own, so he makes a little wooden puppet in his workshop, and calls him Pinnochio. With the magical help of the blue fairy, Pinnochio loses his strings, finds out who his true friends are and learns how to become a real boy.More info

1997: Treasure Island

Treasure Island

The Group wanted a change from the gentler, poignant story of last year and so set out to present with a swash and a buckle, the story of Long John Silver, young Jim Hawkins, poor Ben Gunn and the treasure on that faraway isle..... not forgetting in this show a rather large parrot! More info

1998: Aladdin

Aladdin

A colourful and lively re-telling of another well known tale. The group seemed to be going from strength to strength! A story of wicked uncles, friendship, magical genies and a wonderful lamp! You can be sure it all worked out in the end! More info

1999: Cinderella

Cinderella

You shall go to the ball! The group re-visited an old favourite story, giving the script a re-write, making some changes and developing the action to suit the techniques and skills learned over the years.....but you can be sure all your favourite characters were still there!More info

2000: Puss In Boots

Puss In Boots

With the success of re-visiting an old story, the group continued with a slightly modified version of that young man and his clever cat! Once again overcoming obstacles, making his fortune and marrying the princess.More info

2001: Sleeping Beauty

Still asleep after all these years! Another re-run of a previously successful Show. Some script modifications, a modern update on current events all intermingled with the well known story line of the witch, spinning wheel, and a hundred years sleep!More info

2002: The Wizard Of Oz

The Wizard Of Oz

We're off to see the Wizard! After re-using old storylines from our past pantomime repetoire, it was decided it was time to be more adventurous again. The group embarked on a re-telling of the story of young Dorothy and her adventures over the rainbow, where she meets three new characters and together they learn about life, love, courage but most of all about friendship.More info

2003: Mother Goose

Mother Goose

Who is Mother Goose? A classic Pantomome story, given the 'Lilleshall' touch as we meet a bunch of assorted characters and learn how they are all connected to an amazing and enormous goose who has laid the golden eggs.More info

2004: Red Riding Hood

A more traditional re-telling of the children's fairytale, with grandmother, woodcutter, young hero and gentle Red Riding Hood......well, so you might think!..... Was there really a missing lottery ticket in the original book? Don't forget, this is Lilleshall Pantomime and anything might happen! More info

2005: Robin Hood

Robin Hood

Riding through the glen... A rollicking lively story of brave Robin of Locksley returning from the wars to find that the land he left behind has changed! With the help of his merry band of friends and the incomparable and cheeky, Will Scarlett, he sets about righting wrongs in his own inimitable, if not foolhardy way....but never fear, our brave hero wins the day and the hand of the fair Maid Marion.... Definitely a bit of a Dude is 'Lilleshall's' Robin Hood! More info

2006: Peter Pan

Peter Pan

Second star to the right and straight on till morning! This is a story of the young boy who would never grow up. We follow him, with the Darling Children, to Neverland: land of mermaids, a mysterious crocodile, indians and the pirates and their leader, Captain James Hook. We join in their many adventures, culminating in the last battle on board the pirate ship, The Jolly Roger where good defeats evil..oh yes it does!More info
